Privacy

This notice explains what data is processed when you use the MycoRadar application, why, with which providers, and what your rights are.

REGINA LABS, Avenue de la Rochelle 29, 1008 Prilly, Suisse, is the controller of the data related to the application. For any request, you can write to:

Account and sign-in

The map remains available without an account. If you create an account or sign in, authentication is handled by our provider Clerk Inc. You can use Google or your email address, with a one-time code or a password. We receive your email address and, depending on the method selected, your name and profile picture. Passwords are processed by Clerk and are never stored by MycoRadar.

Location

If you allow it, your location is used in your browser to center the map around you. It is not stored in our database.

Technical logs

Like any web service, our servers process technical logs (IP address, requests) needed for service security and abuse prevention. They are kept for a limited time.

Purposes

This data is used only to provide the service: display the map and scores, maintain your session, secure the platform and keep you informed about the beta.

Providers and hosting

The application relies on providers acting as processors: Clerk Inc. (authentication), Google (Google sign-in), Vercel Inc. (site hosting), Render Services, Inc. (API, Frankfurt region) and Neon Inc. (database, Frankfurt region). Some of these providers may process data in the United States.

Transfers outside Switzerland and the EU

Some data may be processed outside Switzerland and the European Union, in particular in the United States, by the providers above. These transfers are governed by the contractual safeguards offered by those providers.

Retention period

Your account data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can request the deletion of your account at any time by writing to us; the associated data is then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to the contact address below.

You can lodge a complaint with the competent authority: in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the European Union, the supervisory authority of your country.
